How to make a lollipop bouquet with Play-Doh.

1. Begin by pinching off small pieces of {fluorescent} Play-Doh and placing them atop toothpicks {a must}.

2. Stick said toothpicks in a large ball of same-colored Play-Doh.

3. Share with your loved ones.
